عن المنصة
The Contract Shop منصة كويتية تبيع نماذج عقود رقمية جاهزة وأدلة شارحة لها. المنصة ليست مكتب محاماة، ومؤسِّستها غير مقيدة في جدول المحامين، ولا تقدّم المنصة استشارات قانونية ولا تمثّل أحداً أمام الجهات الرسمية أو المحاكم.
طريقة الطلب والتعاقد
يبدأ الطلب بتعبئة نموذج الطلب على الموقع. نرد عليك خلال يوم عمل واحد برابط دفع وتفاصيل التسليم. ولا ينعقد البيع إلا بتأكيد الدفع، وعندها تصلك فاتورة إلكترونية بتفاصيل الطلب.
الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالدينار الكويتي وتشمل النموذج ودليله. يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت، والسعر الملزم هو السعر الوارد في الفاتورة الصادرة لطلبك. ويتم الدفع حالياً عبر رابط دفع آمن يُرسل إليك بعد تأكيد الطلب.
التسليم
نسلّم الطلب خلال ٢٤ ساعة من تأكيد الدفع، عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب حسب اختيارك. ويشمل التسليم:
- العقد باللغة العربية بصيغة Word قابلة للتعديل
- الدليل الشارح بصيغة PDF
النماذج تصدر حالياً باللغة العربية. وإذا طلبتِ نسخة إنجليزية نجهّزها لك بمقابل إضافي يُحدَّد حسب العقد ويُبيَّن لك قبل الدفع، وتكون مطابقة للنسخة العربية التي تُعد المرجع عند أي اختلاف.
ترخيص الاستخدام
بشرائك النموذج تحصلين على ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل، لاستخدام النموذج في منشأتك أنت وحدها وفي عدد غير محدود من العقود الخاصة بها.
ويُمنع منعاً باتاً:
- إعادة بيع النموذج أو دليله أو ترخيصه للغير بمقابل أو بدون مقابل
- نشره أو رفعه أو توزيعه على أي منصة أو مجموعة أو قناة
- إدراجه ضمن منتج أو خدمة تُقدَّم للغير
- استخدامه لصالح منشأة أخرى غير منشأتك
تبقى الملكية الفكرية للنماذج والأدلة والمحتوى مملوكة للمنصة بالكامل. وأي مخالفة لهذا البند تُنهي الترخيص فوراً ودون إشعار، ولا تُخلّ بحقنا في المطالبة بالتعويض.
مسؤوليتك كمشترية
أنت مسؤولة عن تعبئة الخانات تعبئة صحيحة، وعن التحقق من ملاءمة النموذج لحالتك، وعن توقيعه من أطرافه، وعن استيفاء أي إجراء رسمي يتطلبه القانون إضافة إلى العقد. وأي تعديل جوهري تُجرينه على النموذج يكون على مسؤوليتك وحدك.
حدود المسؤولية
النماذج والأدلة تُقدَّم لأغراض المعلومات العامة، ولا تُعد استشارة قانونية، ولا تنشئ علاقة محامٍ بموكل. ولا تضمن المنصة نتيجة معينة في أي نزاع أو معاملة.
وفي جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤولية المنصة تجاهك المبلغ الذي دفعتِه فعلاً مقابل الطلب محل المطالبة. ولا تُسأل المنصة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فوات كسب.
الاستخدام الممنوع
لا يجوز استخدام الموقع أو النماذج في أي غرض غير مشروع، ولا بما يخالف القانون الكويتي أو الآداب العامة، ولا في الإضرار بالغير أو تضليله.
تعديل الشروط
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وتسري النسخة المنشورة على الموقع وقت تقديم طلبك.
القانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص المحاكم الكويتية دون غيرها بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها أو يتعلق بها. ولا يوجد شرط تحكيم.

About the platform
The Contract Shop is a Kuwaiti platform that sells ready-made digital contract templates and the guides that explain them. The platform is not a law firm, its founder is not registered on the roll of advocates, and the platform does not give legal advice or represent anyone before official bodies or courts.
Ordering and formation of the contract
An order begins when you complete the order form on this site. We reply within one working day with a payment link and delivery details. The sale is concluded only on confirmation of payment, at which point you receive an electronic invoice setting out your order.
Prices and payment
All prices shown are in Kuwaiti dinars and cover the template and its guide. We may change prices at any time; the binding price is the one stated on the invoice issued for your order. Payment is currently made through a secure payment link sent to you once your order is confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver within 24 hours of payment confirmation, by email or WhatsApp as you choose. Delivery comprises:
- the contract in Arabic as an editable Word file
- the explanatory guide as a PDF
Templates are currently issued in Arabic. If you request an English version we prepare one for an additional fee, set per contract and quoted to you before payment; it matches the Arabic version, which governs in the event of any discrepancy.
Licence of use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template within your own business, in an unlimited number of that business's own contracts.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- reselling, sub-licensing or otherwise passing the template or its guide to a third party, for payment or free of charge
- publishing, uploading or distributing it on any platform, group or channel
- incorporating it into a product or service offered to third parties
- using it for the benefit of any business other than your own
Intellectual property in the templates, guides and content remains wholly owned by the platform. Any breach of this clause terminates the licence immediately and without notice, without prejudice to our right to claim compensation.
Your responsibilities as a purchaser
You are responsible for completing the fields correctly, for satisfying yourself that the template suits your situation, for having it signed by its parties, and for completing any official procedure the law requires in addition to the contract. Any substantive change you make to the template is at your sole risk.
Limitation of liability
The templates and guides are provided for general information. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. The platform does not guarantee any particular outcome in any dispute or transaction.
In all cases, the platform's liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim. The platform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit.
Prohibited use
The site and the templates may not be used for any unlawful purpose, in breach of Kuwaiti law or public morals, or to harm or mislead others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the site at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them. There is no arbitration clause.
