البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع إلا ما نحتاجه لتنفيذ طلبك:
- الاسم
- البريد الإلكتروني
- رقم الواتساب (اختياري)
- النموذج أو الباقة المطلوبة، ولغة العقد
- ما تكتبينه في حقل الملاحظات
ونطلب منك ألا تضعي في حقل الملاحظات بيانات شخصية حساسة أو مستندات، لأن هذا الحقل مخصص لوصف موجز لوضعك فقط.
الغرض من الجمع
نستخدم بياناتك في تنفيذ طلبك وتسليم النموذج، وإصدار الفاتورة، والتواصل معك بشأن الطلب، وحفظ السجلات المحاسبية. ولا نستخدمها في رسائل تسويقية إلا بموافقتك الصريحة، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
الأساس الذي نعالج عليه بياناتك
نعالج بياناتك لتنفيذ العقد المبرم بيننا عند الطلب، أو بناءً على موافقتك فيما تطوّعتِ بتقديمه، أو للوفاء بالتزام قانوني مثل حفظ الفواتير.
من يطّلع على بياناتك
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. وقد تمر بياناتك عبر مزودي خدمة نستعين بهم في التشغيل فقط، وهم:
- مزود استضافة الموقع واستقبال نماذج الطلب
- مزود البريد الإلكتروني الذي يصلنا عليه الطلب
- بوابة الدفع الإلكتروني عند تفعيلها، وتعالج بيانات الدفع لديها مباشرة ولا نحتفظ نحن ببيانات بطاقتك
وقد نفصح عن البيانات إذا ألزمتنا بذلك جهة قضائية أو رقابية مختصة في الكويت.
مدة الحفظ
نحفظ الطلبات والفواتير والمراسلات المتعلقة بها إلكترونياً مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات، وفاءً بمتطلبات حفظ السجلات التجارية. وبعد انقضائها نحذفها أو نجعلها غير معرَّفة بشخصك.
حقوقك
يحق لك في أي وقت أن تطلبي:
- نسخة من بياناتك التي لدينا
- تصحيح بيان غير دقيق
- حذف بياناتك فيما لا نلزم قانوناً بحفظه
- وقف أي مراسلات تسويقية
وللممارسة أي من ذلك راسلينا على the.contract.shop.customers@gmail.com، ونرد خلال خمسة أيام عمل.
أمن البيانات
الموقع يعمل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى الطلبات مقصور على المؤسِّسة. ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمن مطلق لأي إرسال عبر الإنترنت، فلا ترسلي عبر الموقع ما لا يلزم لتنفيذ طلبك.
ملفات الارتباط
لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات ارتباط إعلانية ولا أدوات تتبع للزوار. ويحفظ المتصفح لديك تفضيل اللغة فقط، محلياً على جهازك، ولا يصلنا منه شيء.
الأطفال
الخدمة موجهة لأصحاب المشاريع البالغين، ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات من هم دون الثامنة عشرة.
التحديث والقانون الواجب التطبيق
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وتسري النسخة المنشورة وقت تقديم طلبك. وتخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين دولة الكويت واختصاص المحاكم الكويتية.

Privacy Policy

The data we collect
We collect only what we need in order to fulfil your order:
- your name
- your email address
- your WhatsApp number (optional)
- the template or bundle you want, and the contract language
- whatever you write in the notes field
We ask you not to put sensitive personal data or documents in the notes field; it is meant only for a brief description of your situation.
Why we collect it
We use your data to fulfil your order and deliver the template, to issue your invoice, to contact you about the order, and to keep accounting records. We do not use it for marketing messages without your express consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
The basis on which we process your data
We process your data to perform the contract formed when you order, on the basis of your consent for anything you volunteer, or to meet a legal obligation such as retaining invoices.
Who sees your data
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing purposes. Your data may pass through service providers we use purely to operate, namely:
- the provider hosting the site and receiving the order forms
- the email provider through which the order reaches us
- the online payment gateway once it is activated; it processes payment data directly and we hold no card details
We may disclose data where a competent judicial or regulatory authority in Kuwait requires us to.
Retention
We retain orders, invoices and the correspondence relating to them electronically for at least five years, to meet commercial record-keeping requirements. After that period we delete them or render them no longer identifiable to you.
Your rights
You may at any time ask us for:
- a copy of the data we hold about you
- correction of anything inaccurate
- deletion of your data, to the extent we are not legally required to keep it
- an end to any marketing messages
To exercise any of these, write to the.contract.shop.customers@gmail.com and we will reply within five working days.
Data security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to orders is limited to the founder. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so please do not send through the site anything beyond what your order requires.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no visitor-tracking tools. Your browser stores only your language preference, locally on your own device; none of it reaches us.
Children
The service is aimed at adult business owners, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
Updates and governing law
We may update this policy; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
